Diane’s Savory Seasoning Mix

This Savory Seasoning Mix is great for poultry, pork or fish.  Sprinkle it on pork chops and fry or bake them as usual.   Lightly spritz fish with coconut oil and sprinkle on a little Savory Seasoning Mix, then bake or saute for a delicious main dish. For poultry, I like to loosen the skin from the breasts, legs, and thighs. Then, combine  equal parts Savory Seasoning Mix and Canola oil, and spread the mixture under the skin. Spread any remaining oil/Mix on top of the skin. Bake as usual and wait for the compliments!  Enjoy!

Ingredients:

3 teaspoons Rubbed Sage

1 teaspoon Rosemary leaves

2 teaspoons Thyme

2 teaspoons Basil

4 Tablespoons Parsley Flakes

1 teaspoon Oregano

2 Tablespoons Kosher Salt

1 teaspoon Garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon Onion powder

1/2 teaspoon Celery Salt

1/2 teaspoon Paprika

1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

Place first seven ingredients into a small food processor. Pulse until chopped fine, but not powdered.

Add remaining ingredients and pulse a few times just to blend.
