Well, the last half of 2016 was the beginning of my first “year” of having a website. It has been an exciting learning experience to be sure!
As I reflect on the last six months, I want to take a moment and say “Thank You” .
First, to my wonderful husband, Rick, for your support and encouragement to me in this exciting new chapter of our lives. Your love and strength are invaluable to me. I love you!
Second, to all of my children, (those I gave birth to and those who are my kids through marriage). Your encouraging words, technical help, and general support have helped me through a thrilling learning time in my life. I love you all!
Next, to you who read my blog and explore the website. Thank You for your patience as I continue to add more and more content to it’s pages. My goal for this website is that it will become a place where quilter’s can go to learn new techniques and be inspired to create useful and beautiful items for home, family, and friends.
Last, but not least, I thank the Lord for dying on the cross to take away my sins. The Christmas Season is a wonderful reminder of the fact that He was born for that purpose.
And, I thank Him for blessing me with creativity. Sewing is a joy to me, and I am anxious to see what He has in store for 2017 .
May your coming year be filled with blessings.
